Wild Honey is a brunch hotspot and admittedly one of my picks for some of the best fuss-free brunches in Singapore. Despite the crowd and long waiting time, food-wise, they’ve got basic brunch staples on point. Prices are slightly steeper than other cafes, but you really get what you pay for. Here are some of my all-time favourites.
Let’s start with my favourite Swiss ($12) berry bircher muesli! This looks simple and unassuming but really packs an awesome fruity punch with refreshing flavours.
Love the wonderfully smooth, creamy texture with rolled oats, grated apple, greek yoghurt, almonds, golden raisins & fresh berries. Definitely one of the best breakfast mueslis I’ve had in Singapore.
Next up, the Norwegian ($24) which was my pick when we headed down again over the weekend.
Soft, creamy avocado, grilled asparagus spears, two perfectly poached eggs wrapped with imported Norwegian smoked salmon, homemade Hollandaise & salmon pearls on a toasted whole-wheat brioche. This is a wonderful explosion of flavours and textures. One of my no-fail favourite orders.
